The project to build and run a desalination plant or a complex of several desalination plants can be developed and implemented for municipalities of cities or towns, as well as by order of private business (industrial and agricultural companies, hotels and recreational complexes, sport complexes, power plants, mines, etc.).
Innovative desalination process, used in the desalination plants, has a number of advantages comparing with conventional ones widespread today. Above all, it offers less energy-intensive innovative solution and requires 3 times fewer energy consumption comparing to conventional technology (1-1.5 kWh VS kWh 3-5). The innovative solution is more environmentally friendly as desalination process produces clean water, which, after a minor additional processing, can be redirected to drinking purposes, and granulated pure salt, which can also be used in the future. The developed innovative desalination plant has no high-pressure compressor, moving parts of assemblies and mechanisms, expensive consumables. The process is simple to operate and maintain.

TESSО is an Innovative energy-saving air cooling system based on indirect evaporating cooling technology, which allows to get the maximum air cooling effect at the minimum power consumption. At the same time it cools the room and provides ventilation by a constant flow of fresh air. The system is characterized by high efficiency and environmental friendliness. A distinctive feature of the system is a significant energy costs lowering, while the atmosphere temperature is increasing. The system is designed for residential and industrial buildings, offices and DATA CENTRES, where a constant air cooling is needed.
SENSE HOME smart home technology is an intelligent control system for block of flats infrastructure, residential and office areas, cottage houses, etc. SENSE HOME solution includes complete automation infrastructure for flats or houses: lighting control, ventilation, climate control (water heated floors, air conditioning, etc.), leak control, electric driven curtain-rods, water consumption tracking and power control, security system with coded panel, SMS-notification, video surveillance and many others. All systems are managed from a single center. The SENSE HOME control system designed by Russian engineers is easy to install and operate, and 1,5 times cheaper than similar systems by western and American manufacturers.
SMART POLE - innovative object of urban street infrastructure. SMART POLES is effectively integrated into the system SMART CITY significantly expanding and complementing capacities of the latter. The technology is suitable for lighting streets in cities and towns, parks, playgrounds, public parking etc. Apart from functions of intelligent adaptive lighting control, SMART POLES provides WiFi access, works as a CCTV monitoring point and ensures security, rapidly warning of fire, earthquakes, changes in environmental conditions with the use of sensors and controllers to collect and transmit environmental data. SMART POLES is equipped and powered by solar panels. SMART POLES hull are made of lightweightcompositematerialsnot subject to corrosion.
Technology of the construction control and territory monitoring by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) was developed by Russian engineers to increase management efficiency of development projects and facilitate monitoring of large, difficult to access areas. The technology includes a specially equipped fleet of UAVs and the unique software for collecting, interpreting and analyzing a large amount of high-resolution image data to create 3D models of territories and facilities and provide the results to the customer via the Internet. The system helps the customer to improve the efficiency of construction, to avoid cost overruns, to forecast and prevent defects in design and construction, as well as to detect illegal actions of third parties on the controlled territories (illegal logging, dumps, etc.).
The Open Workshops social project is a large-scale maker center of 4000 m2 area, a membership-based venue with open access DIY workshops and production studio. Open Workshops are equipped with no less than 100 units of modern equipment and tools for (3D) prototyping, woodworking, metalworking, electronics, sewing, assembling and packaging of products.
Open Workshops represent a place for startup teams, engineers, inventors, artists, students, schoolchildren and simply for people keen on their hobbies. Open Workshops can host 350 people at the same time. About 2000 persons could be trained monthly. Open Workshops increase the number of start-ups in the region, promote scientific and technical creativity of citizens, provide labor adaptation to war veterans, retired, as well as to those who need retraining.
Modern Russian set of technologies and equipment for recycling of all types of tires into rubber crumb and further use of recycled materials for infrastructure projects provides a complete recycling of worn tires on the zero waste principle.
The field for application of crumb rubber is quite large. The crumb is used for rubber pavers, rubber mastics, rubber-polymer mats, substrates for bituminous floors, covering for sports grounds and playgrounds, as well as for asphalt modifier manufacture.
Asphalt with added modifier acquire additional properties: 2-fold increase of service life, 3-fold increase of period between repairs, 2-fold operating costs reduction over the service cycle.
Projects for construction of wastewater and liquid waste treatment facilities can be developed and implemented using three main technologies, depending on the conditions: open-type treatment facilities, compact mobile treatment facilities, closed-type, and fundamental treatment structures, closed-type.
Wastewater treatment facilities, open-type, are suitable for production facilities and settlements with population of about 300 thousand people. Investments in wastewater treatment facilities of open-type are 2 times lower, construction time of such facilities takes 2-fold less time, but that the quality of waste water treatment is lower.
Compact mobile treatment facilities, closed-type, are more convenient for small settlements under 15 000 people. They could be transportable. However, this type of treatment facilities is of the highest unit costs.
Fundamental treatment structures, closed type, are good for large settlements. Treatment facilities of this type provide a high quality water purification, which, with appropriate preprocessing, can be used as drinking water.
Designed by Russian engineers, technologies and a set of equipment for manufacture of basalt assembled fibers (roving), twisted yarns and chopped fibers, as well as composite materials based thereon are 50% cheaper then western analogues while being of the same or even of superior quality.
Basalt fiber and composite products produced on the Russian equipment are fully comply with international standards and requirements. The composite materials based on basalt fibers can perfectly replace similar products made of traditional materials (metal, wood, ceramics), especially in regions with extreme weather conditions (sea proximity, water-logged soil, large temperature difference) and in aggressive environments.
Innovative technology and the set of equipment for the production of non-autoclave, solid and durable, water- and frost-resistant cellular concrete are developed by Russian engineers and builders. The nano-modified cement and patented pore-forming multi-component system are utilized in the process of concrete manufacture.
Concrete can be molded into blocks of any size with a variety of facade decoration, with no need for additional external protection and thermal insulation. The blocks can be used in residential, civil, industrial and agricultural construction.
Cellular concrete based nanomodified cement has a number of advantages. Initial hardening and strength gaining happen 2-fold faster, it is 1,5 times harder, and structures made of the cement are 1,5 times cheaper than those made of traditional cement.
The innovative production technology of power generating units based on hydrogen-air fuel cells and energy systems using HAFC is based on a number of unique patents, including the technology of self-humidifying membrane (work at low temperatures) and catalyst on oxide supports (considerably increasing service life and reducing the cost as compared to the analogues).
HAFC are successfully used for various purposes in robotic systems, in the production of battery chargers and uninterruptible power supply devices.
Products based on HAFC offer significant advantages compared to traditional power sources such as diesel generators and lithium batteries: increasing the duration of the UAV flight, extending the temperature range for operation mechanisms ( down to -40 ° C), significantly reducing the operation and maintenance costs for power supplies.
Test section of the "Strela" Skytrain Public Transport System of 910 meters length in the Krasnogorsk district of Moscow region has been connected to the electricity grid. The technical connection of the new transport route’s contact line has been carried out by specialists of Northern electric networks belonging to PJSC "MOESK".
The Russian company TraceAir (a partner company of RTS) started cooperation with Autodesk company. Thanks to this partnership the builders that use the popular computer-aided design (CAD) systems can reduce terms of project design, increase efficiency of control over the construction process and reduce financial costs. TraceAir technology allows in particular reducing the time of geodetic surveying from one month to one day, controlling the volume of earthwork, receiving more accurate data to draw surveying plans and monitor the compliance of reality with the plan and the construction technology.
Engineers of the Russian Technical Society (RTS), one of the partners of the round the world flight in the Morton balloon that will be attempted by Fedor Konyukhov, designed autonomous telemetry module «OKO», which will conduct comprehensive monitoring of technical, weather, geographic, and other flight parameters. The device created together with young engineers from the Aerospace Laboratory of the Moscow Technological Institute (part of the RTS). In the Australian city of Northem, where today a preparation for the flight is held, a team of technicians has already installed it in traveler’s gondola.
At a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow City Government, held on June 14, 2016, the “Phystech-21” MC, management company ofPhystechpark, an IT industrial park in high technologies (MIPT's industrial park), has been assigned the official status of industrial park and provided tax incentives. April 15, 2016, the winning projects of the International Youth Competition of innovative projects and start-ups “The Potential of the Future” were awarded. The competition was held for the first time. It was organized by the Moscow Agency for Innovation jointly with the Moscow State University in the framework of the XXIII International scientific conference of students, graduate students and young scientists “Lomonosov”. Morton GC took up the role of the industrial partner of the competition, Open Workshops and the Russian Technical Society also became partners of the event.
April 15, 2016, the winning projects of "The Potential for the Future" competition were awarded in the Fundamental Library of Lomonosov Moscow State University. The competition was held for the first time and was organized by the Agency for Innovation of Moscow in collaboration with Lomonosov Moscow State University within the framework of the XXIII International conference of students, graduate students and young scientists "Lomonosov". GC Morton became an industrial partner of the contest. Open Workshops and the Russian Technical Society also became partners of the event. The aim of the competition is to stimulate young people's business activity, attracting attention of venture investors and big businesses to high-tech start-ups and innovative projects.
17 March, at the Moscow Institute of Technology in partnership with Morton GC and the regional public organization "Russian Technical Society" the presentation of the School of Advanced Knowledge educational concept was held. TV Channel Mosvka 24 (the "Construction in Details" show ) is preparing to release a report on the construction of the experimental section of overhead runway transport system STRELA at Ilyinskoe-Usovo (Moscow region, Krasnogorsky district) and on testing dispatching center at the Skolkovo innovation center. The program release is expected on the 22nd of March, 2016.

February 18, 2016, testing of dispatching center for traffic and facilities control of the overhead transport system STRELA, elaborated by the RTS with participation of "SRI of Fine Mechanics" OJSC and OOO "Foratek AT", was held in Skolkovo. Various situations of control center operation were simulated, ways of solving control problems and traffic safety, condition monitoring and management of life-support systems, safety and comfort of passengers stay were examined during the test.
As a result of testing it was made a decision on deploying dispatching center on the tested area of OTS "Strela" in the Krasnogorsk district of Moscow region in May-July 2016.
RTS RPO is a member of consortia of two education projects within the Erasmus + initiative. These are programs by the European Union, aimed at supporting cooperation in the field of higher education, professional training, youth and sport.
The Russian Technical Society continues to implement the Morton group of companies projects in the territory of the Republic of Egypt. In the period from 25 to 27 January, the Morton GC representatives participated in the Industrial Group work in the framework of the Joint Russian-Egyptian Commission on Military and Technical Cooperation, which from the Russian side was led by A.V. Potapov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The MTI experts and those of its partner, the Russian Technical Society regional public organization , took part in the work of the Academic Council.
This week summed the most broad scale Russian competition of technology start-ups - GenerationS-2015. One of the three winners was the project Samocat Sharing, nominated in SmartCity track, organized by Morton GC and the Russian Technical Society RPO. On Monday, February 9, the Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Moscow Anton Kulbachevsky and the President of Morton GC Alexander Ruchyev gave the start of Nekrasovka landfill reclamation and the creation of all-season recreational park on its territory.
In the framework of the project for Nekrasovka reclamation landfill, a technology partner for the reclamation work was selected. To solve this problem, we organized meetings and visits to similar facilities in Europe, the territory of which accommodates sport parks, green spaces or public facilities. The positive experience of foreign partners will be taken into account in the implementation of landfill remediation of Nekrasovka.

An office of Morton Group has hosted a meeting of German and Russian designers involved in the pilot H-Bahn route in Moscow adjacent areas in the territory of residential district ‘Ilinskoe-Usovo’. German partners presented preliminary results of the 1st and 2nd phases of their HOAI design efforts.
During the forum ‘Open Innovations’, a targeted grant will be awarded for business development purposed by Russian Technical Society to top projects from among GenerationS, a federal competition aimed at accelerating technical startup projects, ran by Russian Venture Company and Moscow innovational Development Center under the auspices of the Moscow Government.
RTS has received from H-Bahn Technik a complete package of technical documents to be used by Russian project designers in pilot route H-Bahn in residential district ‘Ilinskoe-Usovo’. It is expected that a meeting of the Technical Committee for accepting the 1st and 2nd phases (‘pre-design’) of the design as per HOAI scheduled to the middle of October.
RTS has held negotiations with German company Gauffconsultans on the auditing of water and wastewater treatment facilities in residential district ‘Putilkovo’ to generate upgrade proposals for them and also to review options for using newest European technology while designing new water and wastewater treatment facilities in new residential developments of Moscow adjacent areas.
At a working meeting of the Moscow Department of Science and industrial Policy, RTS presented its proposals on the creation of grounds for Moscovites' scientific and technical creative work in the territory of VDNKh park (Exhibition of Economic Achievements) which is currently under reconstruction.
RTS has organized a workshop meeting in Zelenorad attended by participants of the project 'Innovational road' to cover smart transport systems, coordinate technical proposals submitted by participants and match all solutions in a single bundle. Elvees-Neotech will be a key responsible stakeholder for this direction.
A meeting of the working team took place in the Moscow Innovational Development Center on the project 'Innovational road', which should be designed and built as soon as practicable, near an IT park of MIPT (Northern District of Moscow) being currently under construction. RTS's proposals regarding the list of elements for the new road were used by the team as the basis and the table finalized by RTS based on the results of the meeting will be presented to the IVC and forwarded to appropriate departments of Moscow Government for approval until the end of October.
At major international exhibition Innotrans 2014 (Berlin), RTS arranged workshops covering the ‘Air Metro’ project and held jointly with H-Bahn Technik to discuss the commencement of efforts aimed to develop industrial design solutions for the first lot of cars to be used on a pilot line of Ilyinskoye-Usovo residential district and to draft a technical brief for the manufacturing of cars. A delivery contract for the cars is expected to be signed until the end of 2014.
RTS’s team in Hungary has inspected PinterGroup’s production facilities and discussed cooperation options regarding the reclamation of Nekrasovka domestic solid waste landfill, construction of a waste processing plant and creation of a sludge processing complex to process sludge sediments from municipal treatment systems. The next discussion of potential partnership has been scheduled in Moscow for late October and will take place based on the results of reviewing detailed technical and economic materials from the Hungarian party.
